John Tarvardian has been a marketing strategist, product manager, and researcher for Internet start-up companies and for small businesses. With over 15 years experience, he brings a wealth of experience to developing online marketing solutions that increase revenue, raise brand awareness, and strengthen customer loyalty.
As an Internet strategist, John works with companies to create websites that are logical extensions of their overall business strategies. He has produced award-winning Internet-driven solutions that solve specific business problems and ultimately increase efficiencies, drive results, and generate business.
As a marketing strategist, he has developed unique, high-quality, and cost-effective interactive e-commerce solutions for major retailers such as Marshall Field's, Sears, and Kays of England years before people received their first "Try AOL Free" discs in the mail. These solutions provided these clients with increased sales and a sustainable competitive advantage.
As a product manager, John has led market research and development teams in the design, build, and maintenance of several software applications. By conducting market research via focus groups and user interviews he insured the products being built were not just the manufacture of technology, but the creation of products companies wanted to buy and continue to use. In his product management roles, John also identified, analyzed, and tracked competitive products and devised successful strategies for sales forces to use in selling against competitors
