| “Creativity, Inc.” (published in 2003 by Harvard Business School Press) was written by two innovation consultants from Synectics Corp., the late Jeff Mauzy and Richard Harriman. The book was regarded as a seminal book by many in creativity circles. It was a well-researched book by two remarkable consultants who provided important insights on how a number of successful companies nurtured the ideas of their employees for dramatic increases in revenue from new products and services, new processes, and new marketing campaigns. | “Keeping Score” is a book about the importance and practice of supply chain measurement, written by two consultants formerly with Computer Sciences Corp. (Michael Ledyard and Dave Durtsche) and two business professors from the University of Tennessee (Karl Manrodt and James Keebler). The book was published in 1999 by the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, an association of supply chain managers. Over the last 10 years, the book has been one of CSCMP’s best sellers. Bloom Group helped the authors develop their ideas and ghostwrote the manuscript. |
| For “The Discipline of Market Leaders,” authored by Michael Treacy and Fred Wiersema and published in 1995, Bob (as director of marketing at CSC Index) helped set up press interviews with the authors while at CSC Index. This book was also a major bestseller. |
